**Proposed / not live yet.** The following anti-abuse limits are intended for character creation and temporary password email. They are not implemented on the live game.

  * A single IP address may not be used to start/complete more than **3** new-character creates in a single calendar day (UTC).
  * The same email address may not be sent more than **3** create/confirm password emails (temporary passwords) in a single calendar day (UTC).
