**Description:**
This spell harnesses the power of the sun and can only be cast in the day
between the hours of 7am and 6pm. A bright beam of sunlight strikes the
target and does a fair amount of damage as well as temporarily blind a
creature. The number of sunbeams strikes increase with level.
