Description: This spell harnesses the power of the moon and can only be cast at night between the hours of 8pm and 5am. A bright light of moonbeam strikes a creature doing a fair amount of damage as well as temporarily blinding the creature. The number of moonbeam strikes increases with level. This spell can only be cast outdoors.
