Banking Guild
The Banking Guild exists to turn valuable gold and treasure into a more dynamic way for people to exchange goods and services. The Banking Guild provides encrypted notes readily understood, authenticated and accepted by professional shopkeepers and other established businesses throughout the entire world of Nilgiri.
Initiating an account
Starting a new account is fairly easy. Walk into any bank and ask the teller to initiate new account. People in the world of Nilgiri are freely entitled to one personal account with the Banking Guild.
Depositing
Depositing fills your bank account with gold coins. You can replenish your funds from gold or treasure found and exchanged in the world of Nilgiri. Sometimes you may receive a note from another person or merchant to be deposited into your account.
Evaluating your treasure
Sometimes you may not want to deposit your treasure right away, and would like to get an appraisal before you exchange your valuable into gold.
Listing your balance
Listing your balance is a good way to get your account number and how much gold coins you acquired. Also, it shows the last few transactions that you have performed on your account.

Debit notes
Debit notes are the way the Banking Guild allows money to transferred from person to person. This deducts money from your account and places an amount on a debit note that can be deposited by another person's account.
Merchant notes
Merchant notes are the way commerce is performed in Nilgiri. By signing over a merchant note to you, the Banking Guild allows accredited merchants to safely deduct money from your account for services or items rendered.
